私たちのバイキング弁当🍱の様子をご紹介します😊

昨夜はプレゼントがあり、地元の八百屋さんからナス🍆と大根の葉っぱ🌿を救出しました✨笑

さっそくそれらを使って様々な料理を用意しました🍳

ナスの天ぷら🍆✨はカリっとした食感がたまりません

また、ナスの煮浸しと味噌煮は、素朴ながら心温まる味わい🌸

そして、大根の葉っぱの煮浸し🌱も、職人さんが大好きだと教えてくれました✨

そんなこともあり、料理人のいよちゃんが特別に追加で作ってくれたのです。

彼女の手作り料理は、心がこもっていて本当に美味しいです♥

明日には、秋らしさを感じるかぼちゃ🎃のおからコロッケを作ろうかなと思っています。お楽しみに！🍴✨

Here's what our buffet bento 🍱 looked like! 😊

Last night, we received a gift, and rescued some eggplant 🍆 and daikon radish leaves 🌿 from our local greengrocer. ✨ lol

We immediately used them to prepare a variety of dishes. 🍳

The eggplant tempura 🍆✨ had a crunchy texture that was irresistible.

Also, the simmered eggplant and miso stew had a simple yet heartwarming flavor. 🌸

And, the chef told us that the simmered daikon radish leaves 🌱 are also a favorite. ✨

That's why our chef, Iyo-chan, made some extra special treats for us.

Her homemade dishes are heartfelt and truly delicious. ♥

Tomorrow, I'm thinking of making pumpkin 🎃 okara croquettes to give them a fall vibe. Stay tuned! 🍴✨
